1.How much is a water deposit?
The deposit for water service is $150.00 and is payable before service is established. You must come to City Hall, complete an application, provide your government issued photo ID and pay your deposit. The deposit is refundable upon the closing of your account, less any outstanding balance.
2.What is this miscellaneous $50.00 charge on my first water bill?
Every new customer is charged a one time service connection fee of $50.00. This fee is non-refundable.
3.Who do I call for water or sewer issues after hours?
You may call the Morris County Sheriff's Office at (903) 645-2232. They will contact a city worker on call.
4.Can I pay my ticket or warrant online?
Yes. Go to the Municipal Court or Services pages on this website and click on the button for online ticket payment.
5.Can I pay my water bill online?
Yes.  Return to the homepage and click on the red button "Pay Water Bill Online".  You can create an account or do a one time "quick pay".
6.Do you do bank draft for water bills?
Not at this time.
